Purchasing miniatures from MissMinis is easy. We provide a secure on-line shopping cart for your convenience and accept payment through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal membership to pay. Paypal can accept major credit cards and e-checks if you so choose. If you do not have a Paypal membership, I highly recommend you do so for convenient on-line shopping. When you complete your on-line transaction, you should recieve an automated confirmation e-mail. If you do not recieve confirmation, you should go to the contact page and contact us via phone or e-mail to confirm your order.

Currently we ship just about anywhere. Shipping within the U.S.A is $6.00 and will be shipped via USPS or UPS at our discretion. Shipping outside the USA is $10.00 and is shipped via US air mail. Any orders of $25.00 or more receive free shipping regardless of location.

Items in the store are made in our facility in Jonesboro, Indiana USA. All items in the on-line store should be in stock and ready to ship same day. If you need more quantity than is showing in the inventory of the store, just e-mail or give us a call and we'll spin out the quantities you need in short order. All orders from the on-line store, barring any technical glitches, are in stock and should ship within one business day.

VAT, customs and import duties:
When you order from Mississinewa Miniatures and you live in a country other than the USA, we will send the package without any postage due. However, if your local government imposes additional VAT, customs or import duties, you will be resposisble for paying those charges. We will mark the package as "Retail Tin Soldiers" and will accurately declare the retail value of the package. We will not mark the package as "Toys", "Gift", "Sample", undervalue the package or in any other way intentionally mislabel the package. If your purchase depends on our collusion with you to decieve or cheat whatever tax system your local government has in place, then please look elsewhere to make your purchase.
